The company is specialized in the production of special alloys with thermal stability and thermal strength used in aerospace, petroleum, petrochemical, electronics, nuclear power, chemical, and marine industries. Special alloy parts are usually subject to extreme conditions such as high temperature, heavy load and gas erosion, and thus they must have high metallurgic quality and their overall performance such as thermal strength, durability, creep and fatigue and oxidization issues shall be considered. To achieve high-quality alloys, the compositions and gas and impurity contents must be strictly controlled. After many years of exploration, we have greatly improved the production processes by adopting vacuum duplex and triplex smelting techniques. These techniques can effectively reduce the low-melting-point color impurities and gases in alloys, and improve the microcrystal structure and thermal machinability. The high-quality smelting and forging techniques will ensure the quality of the final alloy products.
